OMORFOSGATOS Breeders Information: Purchaser Information: Phone: Description of Kitten This contract is valid under the following conditions: The Purchaser will pay the Breeder a deposit of $350.00 upon requesting that a kitten be reserved. This is a non-refundable deposit, which means if the purchaser should decide to not continue with the purchase of the kitten after entering this contract the deposit will not be returned. A refund will only be made if some unforeseen circumstances should arise with the kitten that it cannot be sold without violation of the contract on behalf of the seller. Once a deposit is placed to reserve a kitten, that kitten will not be sold to another buyer. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid before the delivery of the reserved kitten. The breeder guarantees the kitten/cat to be in good health at the time of purchase/arrival and for a period of 72 hours thereafter. A feline health record will be provided at the time of purchase and it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to have the kitten examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours to verify seller’s health statement. If found to be medically deficient, purchaser must have a document by a licensed veterinarian in writing and the kitten/cat returned to the seller within the specified 72 hour period. In the event of return the purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs. There will be no cash refunds. The breeder will agree to replace the kitten/cat with one of equal value within one year. The three year replacement guarantee will be honored. If kitten/cat should be found to have a congenital defect or die within a three year period of purchase the seller will agree to replace the kitten/cat, only if appropriate necropsy is performed by a qualified veterinarian at the purchaser’s expense. A veterinarians report is required as proof that cause of death was a direct result of congenital defect. Under no circumstances will the breeder be responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by the purchaser. Under NO circumstances shall this kitten be de-clawed or be permitted to roam freely outdoors. The purchaser is contracted to provide a lifetime home for this kitten. Purchaser agrees that under No circumstances will this kitten/cat ever be sold, abandoned or given to a pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility. Purchaser will contact the Breeder if the Purchaser is unable to keep this kitten/cat. The Breeder has the first option to take/buy the kitten/cat for the cost of shipping only or assist the Purchaser in finding a new home. All travel expenses and shipping will be paid by the purchaser. Seller is not responsible should the kitten get lost or stolen or for further accrued charges after the kitten/cat is accepted by the Airline carrier. It is understood that with the Sphynx breed hairlessness will vary from cat to cat due to hormones, climate, and genetics. Therefore, it is impossible to guarantee complete hairlessness for the life of the cat. It is possible for the said kitten to develop some hair especially after being spayed/neutered or as it grows older. This hair is specific to the tail, feet and ears. Purchaser’s signature indicates full understanding and agreement of all the preceding terms and conditions of this sale (adoption).
